We can be your partners on that journey – at no cost or low cost to you. Through our in-person and online therapy in Fredericton, Saint John, and surrounding areas, we provide a therapeutic approach that aligns with your values and individual needs.
We’ll connect you with an intern who will get to know you and understand your lived experiences. Then we’ll get to work – together. We’ll address your challenges, develop a plan of action, and get you back to living your best life.

Removing Barriers to Counselling, One Hour at a Time
Each client receives three free one-hour sessions, where we’ll build rapport and understanding, identify the support you’ll need, and build a plan. After these sessions, you are welcome to continue for five additional sessions at a cost of $20 each.
We never want to turn anyone away in a time of need. Arrangements can be made to extend counselling beyond eight sessions at the same discounted rate of $20 per appointment.
Although our counselling interns cannot diagnose, they use various counselling modalities to provide care proactively. Our most common therapeutic approaches are emotion-focused therapy (EFT), cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), humanistic, solutions-focused, and strengths-based.
